Check in is  from 2.00 p.m. and we are on duty until 10.00 p.m (Sunday 9.00 p.m.).  Check out is before 10.30 a.m. the next day.

Unfortunately as a very small family run hotel we can not avoid charging for cancelled bookings so please take travel insurance just in case. The minimum fee is £29 or full charge within 48 hours of your arrival. Due to the small scale of our operation for bookings of more than one room or one night the full amount is liable at all times. However we will always try refill bookings before charging.

As part of our welcome we serve a complimentary breakfast during our standard breakfast times (8.00 a,m. - 9.00 a.m. midweek and 8.30 a.m. - 9.30 a.m. weekends) or at any other time with advance notice at a cost of £6.95 per guest.

We offer our guests complimentary wi-fi, please ask for details on arrival.

Security - Please keep your key with you at all times as the front door is permanently locked for the safety of our guests, staff and family . Lost keys - £80 surcharge for replacement barrel.

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel and bedrooms - a surcharge of the daily room rate will be charged per day for at least one day or until the room can be re-let as a smoke free.

Payments - All credit card payments over £1000 and under £20 are subject to a £1.50 or 2% handling fee whichever is the greater amount.

While we will do our best to make all of our guests welcome we reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without refund due to unacceptable behaviour and in addition reserve the right to make charges against your nominated card for compensation to other guests or damage to our business.
