   Serendipity (Noun): "The faculty of making fortunate discoveries" Paul is proud to serve a mystery tasting menu which comprises the best of fresh, local and seasonal produce available.
 
If you would like to eat please let us know in advance as we rely very heavily on local fresh produce and only buy enough for those who have booked. Typically we serve a mystery tasting of 7 courses at £39.50 per person with canapés served at 7.00 p.m. but occasionally can offer a 5 course alternative at £29.50 by arrangement.
 
In order to cater for individual tastes we ask guests on booking to let us know if they have any dietary restrictions, allergies or general food dislikes that we should incorporate into our menu planning.
 
For anyone intimidated at the prospect of 7 courses, please don’t be!  Rather than filling the plate with lots of vegetables, potatoes, rice etc the essence of the dish is presented.  That is not to say that vegetables are not served but the aim is to complement the dish and not just to fill space on the plate.  And as the meal is spaced out over the course of a few hours, the aim is not to leave you feeling uncomfortably overfull but rather that you have enjoyed a delicious experience with a wide variety of flavours and textures.
